Problem went away once the SERVPRO of Union, Towns, Fannin & Gilmer Counties team found the source of the problem. Rainwater from a downspout that was overloaded caused water to settle against the house and seep into the basement. SERVPRO recommended splitting the drain into two drains and the problem was solved! Small fix solved a big problem!! Thanks guys."
