Miracle workers!

Twice in 3 years, I have used SERVPRO of Union, Towns, Fannin & Gilmer Counties to recover from basement floods in Hiawassee, GA. Their employees were courteous, always kept me in touch with what was going on and the work was done in a timely manner. Their contractors were also great. After the restoration was done, it was not only "Like it never happened", but it was better than before!

During the time SERVPRO has been helping us, my wife and I witnessed True Professionalism at it's best. During the removal of the bottom cabinets, while we were away at work, everything had been packed and stored in our garage neatly. Even finding a piece of jewelry with a note telling us about it. Their Honesty with this missing piece of jewelry was impressive. Thank you for your help in our time of need.

Problem went away once the SERVPRO team found the source of the problem. Rainwater from a downspout that was overloaded caused water to settle against the house and seep into the basement. Servro recommended splitting the drain into two drains and the problem was solved! Small fix solved a big problem!! Thanks guys

The guys were so polite! After our dishwasher flooded the crawl space and ruined the wood floors the SERVPRO people were her every day for weeks trying to dry the place out! They had the best equipment, and by the time they left we had become sort of like family! We hated to see them go!
